Prior to their meeting with the Princess, the Red Roses and their coaching staff enjoyed a guided tour of the historic castle. A particularly memorable moment during the reception occurred when the team proudly presented the Rugby World Cup to Princess Kate.
Although she was unable to attend the game against Canada, Catherine had shared a heartfelt message on social media ahead of the final match, rooting for her team. She wrote: "Good luck England!
